Welcome to Mobishop.lk. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
1. About Us
Mobishop.lk is operated from Tangalle, Sri Lanka, selling mobile phones, accessories, repair parts, and offering repair services.
2. Orders
- All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock after you order, we'll contact you with alternatives or a refund.
- Prices are listed in LKR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or error in pricing/listing.
3. Payments
We accept payments via PayHere (cards, bank transfer) and Cash on Delivery (COD), where available. Full payment is required before dispatch unless COD is selected.
4. Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location within Sri Lanka.
- Risk of loss/damage passes to you once the item is delivered to the address provided.
- Delivery charges (if any) are shown at checkout.
5. Product Warranty
- Genuine products come with the manufacturer's or Mobishop.lk's warranty as stated on the product page.
- Repair services carry a [X]-day warranty on parts and workmanship, covering the specific repair performed only.
- Warranty does not cover physical/liquid damage occurring after our service, or unauthorized repairs by third parties.
6. Repair Services
- Estimates given before repair are based on visual/initial diagnosis; final cost may change if further issues are found, and we will confirm with you before proceeding.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing data loss. Please back up your device before handing it over for repair.
- Devices not collected within [30] days of repair completion may incur a storage fee or be considered abandoned.
7. Limitation of Liability
Mobishop.lk is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from product use or delays outside our reasonable control.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
